Selling process

• Check the scope of services. Call in at APURAservices GmbH or register on the website.
• Meet APURAservices experts and jointly add the property to our database. Fill in checklist.
• Ask for an evaluation report and determine the selling price.
• Check the APURAservices flyer and discuss the marketing process (80 % of the marketing process is being done online).
• You always have an insight in your electronic file and can reconstruct everything we do.
• Have a look at the interested buyer who APURA suggests to you. You are doing the viewing. For final negotiations, we will available to you for consultory advice.
• Selling the property. All required documents will be sent to the notary by APURAservices GmbH. The notary will create a selling contract and invites you for signing it.
